NEON SIGN HIRE PROCESS
1. Find Your Sign
Hire is currently only available in Adelaide and Sydney, Australia. Browse our stunning signs online via our website and Instagram. Think of it as a normal shopping experience. Our team is available seven days a week, and phone-calls are always welcome. See our Instagram stories showcasing other happy customers with their hires.
2. Book Your SignOnce you have chosen your sign, please add the product to your cart via the booking scheduler option. Note: the frame is not included. The hire fee is due when you place your order.
3. Collect Your SignPick up your sign from the arranged location at the allocated time, as arranged with you.
No bond is payable, however you are responsible for any damage up to the value of $500. The sign will be inspected upon return.
4. Return Your Sign
After your event, returning your sign is simple. Bring it back where you picked it up (normally by 11:00am).

CANCELLATIONS FOR COVID19 RESTRICTIONS: by placing an order after 01 JUNE 2020, you accept the risk that your event may be affected by future COVID19 related restrictions. We have full discretion to issue a refund at 50% for COVID19 restriction related cancellations.
